Patient who previously underwent right modified radical mastectomy (removal of breast, chest wall skin and underarm lymph nodes) followed by radiation therapy to the right chest wall.

Reconstruction using patient's own skin and soft tissue from the abdomen to replace irradiated and removed skin of right chest with DIEP flap, sparing the abdominal muscle.

Light colored skin of the reconstructed right side is the lighter colored skin taken from abdomen to replace stiff, irradiated chest wall skin. Patient declined nipple reconstruction and areola tattoo.
